Team Lead, Customer Service

Alexa Ahrens is the CS Platform Lead at HomeValet. Working in both Customer Support and Marketing focused roles, Alexa has been working in the technology space since 2014.

Before starting her career in tech, Alexa spent 13 years working at a small family-owned Wax Museum, a fact that remains her most interesting conversation starter to date.

Outside of work, Alexa enjoys reading, video games, and a well-constructed meme. Alexa currently lives in Michigan with her partner and their two cats, Pixel and Rory.
