Senior Android Engineer

Sterling has been developing professionally for Android since the early days of the platform. He spent many years running his own app business on Google Play, earning both Top Developer and Editor’s Choice recognition along the way. His specializations over that time included everything from 3D simulations to cutting-edge wearable tech; Android Police dubbed him a “legendary Wear OS developer”.

Always looking for new challenges and the camaraderie of a top-flight team, he’s brought this deep knowledge of the ecosystem (and passion for app excellence) to HomeValet’s Android unit.

Although the entire HomeValet team is remote, Sterling takes this to the next level, living and working full-time in a 4x4 RV. He’s liable to be anywhere on or off the highways and back roads of North America, hiking and bicycling the trails, or just enjoying the wide-open spaces with a pint in hand.
